Nothing happens when clicked "scan with comodo AV"

i looked at some other posts but still dun quite get wad's wrong with mine, whenever i right click on a file and click on "scan with comodo antivirus" nothing shows up and i dunno if the file is scanned.
also, nothing shows up when i click "show comodo antivirus" and comodo antivirus actually crashes when i click on "help"

can i haf an explanation or something, thanx a lot
