Multiple accounts (on the same server) problem. (Thunderbird).

Hi,
I'm using several accounts on the same server - i'v found that when accounts are checked at the same time - CAV gives up and looses stored passwords/usernames (thunderbird). In Thunderbird its common situation when password/username is bad.
Maybe CAV can't discern which password belongs to which username?
When i'm checking single account at time everything works ok.

Using Thunderbird with more then one account doesn't work with Comodo AV. I have 3 accounts on different servers, and get the same problems. To me this is becoming a shop stopper.....

Remember that Comodo Antivirus is currently in its Beta Phase and is still being worked on, maybe this will be fixed in the next release.

KernelPanic: I'll refer the developers to this thread to investigate further. If lack of support for multiple accounts is becoming a show-stopper for some people, we need to take a closer look at it and prioritize it accordingly.  (Great name, btw.)

I am also having this problem in thunderbird.
Also it causes problems if there is too large an email to download and generally seems to slow things down a lot.

Well its not a good excuse that because its in Beta you should expect to have these problems!!!
lets make sure you don't have these problems.
Lets identify the problems, your system what other applications you are running, drivers installed please.
Sometimes CAV clashes with some other driver/application you have in your system. If we can identify the issue, we will immedaitely solve it for you and others who might face similar problems.

I'm using Incredimail with 4 email accounts and have the same problem.
If I just try 1 a/c at a time it's fine.
Hope this is specs that you need.

Hi again,
Sorry for my post but it's not completely true. If i hit F5 to retrieve the emails they only come one account at each press of F5. On the other hand if i click on GET MAIL all the emails that are on all accounts come at a time.
It's like that.

This isn't just a Thunderbird issue. I have the same problem with Opera 8.54 and three POP accounts. CAV looses two out of the three passwords when checking the accounts at the same time. I had to stop scanning incoming emails.
