I am brazilian user, my antivirus error in update database:
error: virus database update
an uknow error has encountred while updating definition database. unable to complete the virus definition database update

G'day, if this is the first time you've updted CAV, try updating again. After my first update scanning stopped working altogether, but it started after I updated a second time.
Worth a try.
