disabled settings tab

Hi there,

I have read many problems/issues/bugs about enabling a blocked application using HIPS settings...
So far that's a clear point for me, BUT, how can I even get into SETTING as on my gui it is grey, simply disabled?
I had an e-mail activation, and comodo registration done already, but had not found anything regarding enable settings tab in CAV?

Any help is really appreciated!
