I installed Comodo AntivirusSpyware and Comodo Firewall Pro together. Are there gonna be any conflicts between the two HIPS.

Hi & welcome to the forum.
I actually don't know if there will be any conflicts, but you should turn off the HIPS of CAVS since CFP's Defense+ is better. There is no need for both.
