Hello i just have to now are Comodo Firewall work fine with Antivirus of Microsoft(Microsoft Security Essential).

I cannot see any reason why they will not work together - just try it and see.
Just make sure you don't install Comodo Antivirus, install only the firewall.

Since WSE is only an antivirus application (not a firewall) you should be fine.

There are no issues with running CF and Security Essentials. I tested this scenario and it works fine.
