 Sometimes ,when I turn my PC on, defense + will indicate that it is not functioning properly. It does not say what is wrong.When I run the  diagnostic tool ,it will indicate that everything is fine. I then found out that when I reboot,the issue is somehow resolved. What is the problem here,why is it happening, why is the problem not picked up by diagnostics, and how can I solve it without always rebooting.Plus has anybody else  ever experienced this problem?

Try to search google with following: defense+ is not functioning properly site:forums.comodo.com.  Last time i saw those threads there were no definite solution Undecided

Why don't you explain him directly?
Can you link him proper links for his problem?
How about explain him with your own knowledge?
I think you can do it.
