Comodo instalation issues

I recently upgraded to windows 7, when doing so I downloaded the latest version of comodo anti virus. After installing and restarting computer I received an error message about some kind of file corruption in the comodo folder. So I uninstalled the comodo software (without any visible problems) but when I try to reinstall it my computer complains that the program is already installed on my computer. And I can't find a single file in the system that belongs to the comodo software.
I appreciate any help I can get.

Please check out this post... it applies to CFP 3.x but should also work for CIS 3.x
