Memory firewall startup problem!

Hello!
I use Memory FW under WinXP SP3 The FW run automatically on every system start.
But, only the GUI of the program starts-the service in the background not.
I see the error message: see picture.
I need manually exit the program, and restart. And after-the FW run without problem.
Why can't load FW automatically?
