Hello.
I have created a backup from a disk NTFS to a LAN disk FAT32. This backup is "incremental", but all the files are copied, even if only some have been modified.

Hello pari53

Welcome to the Comodo forums.

You should have no trouble at all with Comodo Backup on a LAN and from NTFS to FAT32.  I do that all the time.  Two things - first make sure you have the latest copy of Backup v 1.0.1.10 available at http://www.backup.comodo.com/download/ComodoBackUp_Setup_1.0.1.10.exe  and

secondly you should have no trouble with incremental after the initial backup, which of course will backup everything.  Some tests were done on another thread which may help you out.  You can find them here. http://forums.comodo.com/backup/sync_backup_copies_entire_folder_when_only_a_file_is_editedhow_to_change_this-t8747.0.html;msg63314#msg63314
