Hello,

Has anyone noticed a conflict between Comodo Memory Firewall and Comodo Firewall Professional (3.0.14.276) today specifically?

I got the following message when I logged on from what appears to be both programs:

"Error 0X0: Failed for C;documents and settings/***/application data/comodo/memory firewall/data/resfiles/cmf_settings_24_ico

and

"Error while extracting resources from c:program files/comodo/firewall/cfpres.dll aborting application."

I decided to remove Comodo Memory Firewall and reboot and it seems to have solved the problem for now.

Did anyone else have this issue??

I also had that error combination (even posted it on the CPF forum). I used the temporary fix posted on the forum for the cpfres.dll bug (copy the cpfres.dll from the comodo/firewall/repair directory and pasted over the version in the comodo/firewall directory) and so far I have not had any recurrances, and both programs are running together just fine.
