CMF wont update - Error 106 [RESOLVED]

I recently installed the latest cmf & im unable to update. Keep getting "Error 106: Update could not be completed. not able to connect to the internet, please check your internet connection settings." Even though im connected & cfp runs update check fine.

Reboot your computer, Try updating again, Then try again, and post back
