CB runs so fast, with nothing's backed up.

I've been using CB as a schedule. Everything was fine until this week. I realized that when I tried to run a backup job, it finished far too fast. I checked and saw that nothing's backed up. Browsing the temp folder I see nothing.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall CB but it still stay the same.
