big files backup

Hello I have install Comodo backup on my server. I configure task to files, but comodo does not see any large file more then 3-4 gb. Logs say nothing. I read help, but nothing …

Other backup a good working (with small files). My comodo backup version is “Comodo Backup 1.0.3.0” I see in help some fixed problem –

Large Volume Data Copy Fixed - fixed error, occured when backup jobs involve copying a large volume like 3-4 GB, it used to abort halfway.  <- I have this situation.

Glad to have you on the Comodo Forum

I have not tried a single file backup as large as you suggested here but I can do a full drive backup with no problem.  Maybe some other forum member will jump in and help us out here.   In the meantime I will see if I can find a file big enough to do the test, maybe a movie or something.

Are the files that you can't backup larger than 4 GB or smaller than 4GB?

Can you successfully backup files below 3GB?

What format is your hard disk - NTFS or FAT32?
