Backup archive in 20-30 GigaByte ???

Questions to the developers:
1. When is it possible it will be to do a backup archive one file measuring in 10-20 GigaByte? Or is it impossible never?
2. Badly incremental backup works with archiving. Does not delete from backup files which were remote from a basic scratch area. Does not do such update.
