Activation Problem

I have a problem with Comodo Backup.
The activiation doesnt work. i received 2 emails 1 with the activation key.
but when i fill in the key this warning apears "You Do Not Have Enough Privileges To Activate License, Please Contact System Administrator”
I installed it on a winxp pro and windows 2003 server.
Does anybody know what to do.

Maybe you should login with administrator's privileges.

i am the administrator on the win 2003 server.
so that doesnt work.

I recommend that you go to
Comodo Support
, register on their system & raise a ticket on this.
Please post back any feedback.
