As for the windows server 2003, installed fine except the program itself doesn't work. The protection strengh is weak, it can not detect any application, the monitors jsut can not read any signal. All monitors are off (red) But the interent connectivity -- working.
Your version of Server 2003, is it 32bit or 64bit OS?
The reason I ask is that what you are experiencing is what happens when the firewall is install on a 64bit OS; all monitors are off, cannot be turned on, and the firewall does not work. It could be something else, but that's my first question.
Logged in XP.. then looks like the same issue accured -- all outgoing/incoming traffic stopped and the interent connectivity was limited/not available 0 packets sent and received so I had uninstall comodo firewall on my windows machine. Although that software for xp was secured, protection strengh was on (green) and all monitors on..
When you installed on XP, did you select the "Automatic" install, or did you choose the "Advanced" mode?
The reason I ask is that it sounds like svchost.exe has not been allowed the necessary connectivity to establish your internet connection; this should not happen if the default "Automatic" install is used.
If you did do the automatic install, there are some steps we can take to configure your connectivity, that are easy to do and should work nicely.
