Cmdagent.exe running all the time

I need some help please.
I have comodo firwall version 2.4 and AVG untivirus.
I noticed that the cmdagent.exe runs all the time ,it uses almost 50/60 % of CPU ,and as a risult makes my laptop ,a dell inspiron fun, run all the time to cool it .
Can anyone tell me why this happen ?
