Cant register a user

I cant seem to register a new user

I just installed easyvpn
but when i enter the details of new user registeration all i get is a connection timeout.
The net is working fine and i have al other stuff working, why this problem since yesterday,,,,, i changed to a different connection at my home isp and the same problem.
Could it be because i have hamachi installed and running on my pc?


I am using windows vista ultimate 32 bit
