Comodo DNS Servers down?

pings to 156.154.70.22 fail at the moment and to 156.154.71.22 only occasionally work.

Are the servers down?
I have several DNS servers in my Internet setup here so only just noticed that Comodo ones are down.

I'm having issues reaching the 'old' Secure DNS servers also.
