Cannot Uninstall EasyVPN

When I try to uninstall EasyVPN I get an error message asking for
CEVN_Setup_1.5.18.0_XP_Vista_x32.msi in the user local settings\temp
folder. Since temp folders are emptied, the .msi file is no longer
there. Attempting to install the current version of EasyVPN results in
the same error message. Since I don't have the install file for the
currently install version, how do I uninstall it?

Update:

Using Microsoft's Windows Installer Clean Up utility, I was able to uninstall the old version of EasyVPN, reinstall the newest one, then uninstall the newest one. YMMV, but it worked for me.
