OK, my enthusiasm for this product is beginning to wane. I decided to do the right thing and pay for the 300 seat license for use in our non-profit. Immediately upon attempting to enter the license key, I get an error of "invalid license key". I opened a ticket, no response. No response to my post in the forums a few days ago.
Is this a sinking ship, and should I call to have my money refunded?
