Installation results in "failed Microsoft Logo Testing"

I am trying to install CEVPNSetup_XPVista_x32.exe on a desktop PC running Win XP SP 3. During installation I get a message stating that EasyVPN has not passed Microsoft Logo Testing. The message warns that continuation of installation of EasyVPN may destabilize my system. Can I safely ignore the warning and continue with installation. Or ?? Pls help. Thanks.
