PC not working right

Well yesterday I rolled my system couple days back cause i thought i had some strange infection in my PC, even though i wasnt sure but did it anyway.
Well now after using Comodo Time Machine, first time ever, I get all kind of errors from random programs im trying to use. CTM has never done this before. Should I roll my system all the way back to the baseline or what? This is very strange and i need urgent help!
