CTMTRAY.EXE slows down my computer

Hello,

It's not constant but looking at Task Manager I can see CTMTRAY.EXE uses about 25% of CPU right about the time my computer starts to get really sluggish.  After several minutes, CTMTRAY drops back down to 0% CPU usage and my system is speedy again.  After a while, CTMTRAY bumps back up to 25% and the process continues (seemingly forever).

If I disabled the system tray application for Comodo Time Machine, what is CTMTRAY.EXE? and is it there a way to disable it?
