CTM and Eset nod32 V 5.0.95

When I try to install CTM I have this message. (ESET NOD32 V5 is installed)

an installation of iset nod32 antivirus is currently suspended. you must  undo the changes made by that installation to continue. Do you want to undo those changes? Yes No

this is my problem.

Do you have NOD32 installed at this moment? Or did you have it installed in the past? If that is the case run the clean up for NOD. It can be found in this list: http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN146 .

eset nod32 5 is installed.
when I try to install CTM, I have the message (in my previous topic)
I don't want to uninstall eset nod32 antivirus, I want to have the both eset 5 and CTM 2.6.
