Can CTM backup into a external drive?

I was wondering if it's possible to save the backup on an external drive? If it is, I can't seem to find the option anywhere.

Should be possible:
Go to Settings -> Program settings -> Right lower corner "Mount snapshot ....." is the option for all connected drives, USB etc.
