Can CSC be used under a limited account? (XP). I installed CSC under the administrator account but use a limited account for general use.

      COMODO System-Cleaner cannot be used from limited account. It performes file and registry operations that can only be performed under administrator account.

No, it's not the same thing. CSC needs to run under an administrator account only.
