Is there a total uninstaller for Comodo to complement XP Add/Remove?

Yes.

Comodo Programs Manager

Never used it though, so I can't say how well it works.

Maybe Program Mgr echoed in Add/Remove. Anyway, used latter, seems clean.

Yes, it's going to have the same basic functionality as Add/Remove. The difference is that the Programs Manager will track installations and make note of every system change. So when it comes time to uninstall an application, Programs Manager is able to ensure every change made during installation is undone.

All Add/Remove does is starts an applications built-in uninstaller. Which depending on the developer, an uninstaller can leave quite a lot of junk behind...
