Hello,

The safe and recommended way to repair CPM is to run the setup "on top" of the current installation. The only files which are left untouched during an update are fileimage.dat and CUSettings.ini.

Is there a reason for which you wish to perform a fresh install of CPM?

i want to uninstall because i have been upgrading, just installing the new over the old, since pretty much version 1.0 and i know that this sometimes can cause problems. i have seen dramatic performance increases when doing fresh intalls and just feel its time to clean out the old files.
