CPM Constantly Crashes

While some uninstalls go smoothly I've had as many just hang. When switching between modules program hangs and crashes more often than not. I've uninstalled (keeping settings and backups) and re-installed to no avail.
Besides CIS I have no ideal what other programs could be interfering.
Too bad program had promise but may need to go back to Revo which never posed a problem..
