DON'T PANIC!

When CPMPopulateDBTool.exe runs in the background, it bogs down the computer, namely when gaming (Borderlands being the most recent occurrence).

Is there a way to control its priority or, preferably, when it runs (i.e. when I'm sleeping)?

Thanks in advance

your best bet would be to disable this service. it used to be use to help populate the database of programs but due to server loads comodo had to stop it. Just go to comodo programs manger settings and uncheck "take part in our application contribution program"

Hello,
The database feature was creating massive overload on the servers and it has been stopped for redesign or until we find a proper solution to reduce the overload.
It will be turned on soon.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

That what my guess was.

Thanks!

My suggestion would be, if they were to resume that service, is to include an option to set a day/time for it to run.
