For me Comodo dragon is often bringing up the "previous session did not close properly" message even when the closing of the previous session was perfectly normal. (I have CD set to restore previous tabs.) What is much worse is that when the Restore option comes up and I click on it, it DOES NOT restore the tabs of the previous session.

Please provide additional information regarding:
- installed extensions and apps;
- installed security software;
- active flags (dragon://flags);
- Chromium switches that you are using (if any);
Also, when the issue reproduces, check the %temp%\DragonCrashDumps folder and attach the latest dump file.
