Localhost problem

Hello,
I am using xampp 1.7.7 on Windows 7 for web developing, and I noticed that CD have problems with localhost. Here is the picture of problem : http://prntscr.com/6ekd7

It works occassionally, but only for few seconds. I'm using Mozilla Firefox too, and it works great. But I like CD for browsing, since it is very fast and looks good. I wish I can use CD for developing too.

Is there any tip how to make CD work with localhost, or it is bug that have to be fixed ?

i dont know what is wrong in your CD but xampp 1.7.7 works like charm in CD 17.3 in my pc..
