Actually autoruns analyser detected these entries as fls.unknown.
Can anyone tell me about them?

With just the names it's impossible to tell for sure. Please check them out using the advice I give in
How to Tell if a File is Malicious
l. I'd pay special attention to the first section if you think that they are likely safe.
