Good morning, I'm a new user of Comodo backup 4.
Backup works on the purchased space on Online storage if I run it manually, but if I schedule it always ask me for a username/password. I tried to put them but the window is not showed correctly (see enclosed image). I tried to put username and password and click on both unclear buttons but after few seconds Comodo backup close suddenly.
How I can fix this?

Thanks

Hi

Please make sure that the remember connection information option in schedule screen is checked.
See attached screenshot.

Thanks

Please recreate the schedule, wait for it to run, then collect the debug logs.
See instructions for collecting debug logs here.

Thanks

If I schedule a new backup it works, but I'm not able to do an incremental backup on a base copied with another task. If I go to the task who create the first backup, the button with the clock (schedule) is not present ....(?). How can I do?

Thanks!

If the first task is a custom profile, it doesn't have a schedule option.
You can recreate it an schedule it.
As for the incremental backup, just make sure that the destination file is the same as for the full backup file and it will automatically use as base the latest backup inside the file.

Thanks

Thanks for the replay Emanuel.
Finally I scheduled the backup, but since few days I have another problem.
I'm doing an incremental backup on the cloud, and always taked a lot of time to check the difference and then start to copy, but now, after a bit of time (1/2 hour, 1 hour ...) the service COSService.exe stop without any explication an the backup freeze (see enclosed image). If I go to the "Online storage" folder of Comodo backup, the cloud is disconnected and I cannot connect anymore ever putting credentials again. What can I do? Whas working now ....
Thanks

Hi

For "Online Storage" to work properly in Comodo Backup, the COSService needs to be running
You can start it from Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services

If the crash happens again, please create a dump file for COSService.exe . You can find instructions here.

Thanks

As I already explained before, the service is running and then suddenly stop during a backup. I posted the dump file here:

Thanks!
