Hi

We found the cause of the issue.
An update with the fix will be available in one or two weeks.

Thanks

When do you confidently expect to issue a fix for this problem?

Yes. You should run a restore, just make sure you run CBU.exe as administrator.

Thanks

Since I first wrote to this forum I have not been able to make a decent restore. I have now two additional problems:

1. I am told to reinstall Windows
2. Microsoft Office cannot run Enterpriser meaning that Office is unusable. All my email is locked up with Outlook which will not open.
 3. These problems are the direct result of errors in the application.

Last night the restore crashed completely.

If this is an example of all Comodo products I feel very sorry for your company and most annoyed at the lack of adequate support.

I am going to "attempt" another restore which hopefully will be successful  within 24 hours.
I have now been unable to use my Pc for more than a month and it's not funny.
