/exclusionFilter not working in CB 4.x

Pretty sure this worked in the 3.x version of CB, but now I'm seeing that when doing a scripted backup with a .cbs file containing:

/exclusionFilter "Cache|Temporary Internet Files"

I'm now getting all the files in those folders still getting backed up, even though I want to exclude them.

Is this a known issue?

Apparently this got fixed in 4.1.3, even though it's not listed in the release notes, as far as I can tell.
