Data error (cyclic redundancy check)

Hi,

By win7 and COMODO Backup 4.3.8 I have successfully backup from my Disk 0 with below settings:

Type: Incremental
Source: Disk
Format: CBU
Method: Volume Shadow Copy
Processor Usage: Hight

But when I try to make backup by above settings from Disk 1, I get below error on 60% of backup’s progress:

Error reading from disk. Backup failed with code 100023 (Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

My current OS is on the Disk 0 and I have another installed OS on Disk 1.

Also I tried below solutions but does not help me:

  • Right click on Disk 1 drives > Properties > Tools > Error-checking
  • Check “ignore read errors from source” option
  • Use Raw Read or Skip files Method
