Can't browse My Documents to choose source items

I’d like to use CB to backup selected files and directories. I’m using Windows 7 Enterprise and CB v. 4.3.8.
Under the Source items: browser, My Documents is not expandable, so I can’t deselect certain subdirectories.
The only thing I can think of is that My Documents is encrypted via Windows (Encrypting File System?)

Anyone else see this? Any idea on how to diagnose?
