Incrmental just messing up.

Hello,
I start the same backup again and again,and it always does a full backup (after deleting former ones)
No way to get incremental run !!!
Here is what's happening every times I run my Backup:

Thanks for the advice.
Unfortunately,I experience some problems with this new release.
Problem 1 : I can't start a backup as you can see,
I CAN't select ANY items as requested:

Problem 2,
Although I select a specific folder for my backups in the settings,when I do a system backup,it goes to another directory :
Although there is NO backup file ".cbu" on the G directory,your program believes there is one !

Please post the
C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\Temp\ComodoLogsFolder\CB diagnostics report.txt
file so we can determine why you are seeing this.

Please try to reinstall COMODO Backup 4.1.1.18 (repair).
It seems CB didn't install properly.
The GUILANG.dll file version should be at least 1.0.0.654 or higher, but in your case is 1.0.0.362.
The same for some other files.

it seems like there might be some left over files from the uninstall. See if these installation folders are still present
C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO Backup
C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMMON - this whole folder is for comodo backup
C:\ProgramData\Comodo\Backup
C:\ProgramData\Comodo\COS

Even after deleting all these comodo folders,the problem remains the same.
I think this is a registry issue
The previous version 4.0.7 can be installed without any problem though

maybe try uninstalling 4.0.7 with
revo uinstaller
. it should find left overs from 4.1 and 4.0.7

Sorry,but your tool (revo) doesn't even see Comodo in the programs list !
Anyway,I'm not interested in this new version,because I can't browse the folders tree to select my files for backup as it is in the 4.0.7

you would have to use the pro version. it has a 30 day trial. the free version does not uninstall 64bit programs. ok i was just trying to help
