Hi , I cannot cancel PCI scan and it wont finish on its own (its still showing "Scanning"). I had run several scans before without problem. Mail and ticket support is painfully slow and they dont have phone support. Any ideas?

We do offer phone support but it was quite limited due to the American holiday of "Labor Day" on Monday and we're not open via phone or ticket in the HackerGuardian on the weekends. We apologize for the inconvenience.
