uninstalling and othr problems

When i try to install CIS it's not registered in add/remove programs (even after reinstalling).
And i also has problems that CIS sometimes asks while rundll.exe (?) should open random applications (nothing happens if i accept nor deny it doesn't open programs.)
I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.
