I haven't added this tip to further reduce it.

Move all or as many files as possibile (i.e. shortcuts) from:
C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup to

to:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu

Things in the All Users directory doesn't affect your current profile size, so use this to your advantage!
