Your NTUSER.DAT is uncanny. I wonder if this file constitutes the majority of the profile size
.

And why does it have sizes like 512, 768, 1024 KB etc. - you see the pattern. How large is yours? At least 1024 KB I bet.

Oh yeah, so you can disable the Themes service and beat me in the number of running services. Oh wait, I almost forgot, I still beat you in the number of running services.
Anyhow, if we're interested, we do have things to learn in the topic of user profile size. E.g. why it changes like a sine curve.

Control Panel -> System -> Advanced tab -> User Profiles / Settings. Or press Win key + Pause/Break, it'll take you directly to the System Properties.

Just out of curiosity, do you have a lot of files in My Documents? I would be very suprised if your user profile size was that large, only as a result of your programs' settings.
