I don't have any suspicous strangers or hackers around my PC to worry about a password.  So to clarify my best boot time, it's typically:
12 seconds from pressing power button to end of BIOS
9 seconds from end of BIOS to first sight of desktop
5 to 7 seconds from desktop until hourglass disappears

In the Windows directory. Roll Eyes

There was a time when I had the folder deleted, but I realized that there was absolutely nothing to gain from that. Wink

And more serious... I deleted the Prefetch-folder by mistake after I deleted the Task Scheduler-service, so I can't get it back. Cheesy
