I've been trying to install VPN software but the installer always freezes about half way thru, no AV alerts or indications why this is happening.
I tried with hotspot shield and proVPN both failed, to be honest im stumped  Huh any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
Also any thoughts on effective, cheap or even better free VPN's or proxies would also be appreciated,
Thanx MW

It works fine for me. When I check it gives me a different id.

Did you say that you're running WebRoot? Perhaps that's messing with the program. Try disabling that and see what happens.
