Hmmm, the one I have does the exact same, uses the bottom toolbar the whole works, looks exactly like the one you posted yet they in fact are not but if it works like the one I have, it's easy to configure, easy to get rid of, and leaves no junk behind or screwy windows after. I will give the one you posted a try also, if not any different , then I didn't lose out, if better or worse, then I keep it or I don't. Can't hurt to try I guess.
