I prefer not to have the added bloat for something that I'll never use.
The last RC is running very well so I'll just wait.

Don't forget to run Sonar to help Opera test the Unite server infrastructure.

You mean animated gif image? It is known. I hope it will go when in a post 10.10 release the new Presto 2.4 core may be introduced.

Phearfage wrote at Wednessday 14 oktober 2009 [at] 12:23Will there be a huge waiting period after 10.10 goes final before we get the next core? There usually are several weeks/months of silence after something goes final, but I'm being hopeful.

Haavard wrote at 2 september 2009 [at] 15:33Let's hope we can get Carakan, 3D accelerated Vega, and so on into public Opera builds soon-ish (not necessarily this year, but you never know). If you think Opera 10 is fast, imagine what a brand new JavaScript engine and accelerated graphics can do for you...

The future would look bright if Opera was gaining market share; but that's not the case.

The only thing I wish Opera to do right now is fixing the bloody Gmail (gif) problems, this is unacceptable. Gmail is used by so many people but it's very painful to do it in Opera. Even a crappy browser like IE6 is MUCH smoother for Gmail. Sad
