How/where do I go to find a history of my posts and access a post from that location ?

You can either click the Profile link near the top of the page, or click on your name that you see to the left of a post you've made. This takes you to your forum profile.

From there, you can click on the Show Posts link under Profile Info. This will show a list of posts you've made. Clicking on any of these links will take you to that post.
